MARCO PACASSONI – ENZO BOCCIERO

The way these two musicians interact, better known as “interplay”, is something they developed in more than ten years of partnership.

This musical relationship has strengthened thanks to the work with the “Marco Pacassoni Quartet”, which includes three albums of original compositions “Finally”, “Happiness” and “Grazie” and a new one “Frank & Ruth”, an homage to the music of Frank Zappa and Ruth Underwood that will come out within 2018.

Important to note that “Happiness” has been selected by the american journalist Brent Black as one of the best albums released in 2015, remaining in iTunes Charts for months, and “Grazie” has been defined by the journalist Steven Cerra (from “Jazz Profiles”) as a “very rewarding musical experience”.

They have been playing live in many festival and clubs all over Europe, like La Casa del Jazz- Rome, Fano Jazz Festival, Beatonto Jazz Festival, Piacenza Jazz Festival, Montemarciano Jazz Festival, Valsugana Jazz Festival, Sant’Elpidio Jazz Festival, Festival Verdi in Parma, Novellara Jazz Festival, Estival Jazz Lugano, Adams Percussions Festival Holland.

In this Chinese tour will be joined by two exceptional musicians, Antonio Fusco on drums, by many years now permanently in China, and Wang Chenhuai excellent bassplayer with undisputed qualities.
