Meet in Beijing: Meet Italian Cuisine

From April 27th to May 31st, the 18th MEET IN BEIJING Arts Festival organized by Ministry of Culture and Tourism of PRC, State Administration of Radio and Television and People’s Government of Beijing Municipality and presented by China Arts and Entertainment Group and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture will come again as expected.

From May 14th to 27th, the “Meet in Beijing – Meet Italian Cuisine, Discovering Italy – from North to South” at the Minzu Hotel, will bring the taste of authentic Italian food fare to Beijing.

Two menus by the world-renown Michelin chef Luca Marchini and a special buffet (lunch or dinner) by Fabio Falanga.

No need to rely on complicated cooking procedures or heavy taste, a light touch will let the real flavor emerge to the full, emphasizing taste at various levels and fullness of colors.
